At CHOC·O·PAIN, we bake all of our breads in the traditional European way, using only 4 basic ingredients: flour, water, leaven, and a little bit of salt. ​On the sweet side, our Boulangerie offers freshly-baked Viennoiseries (classic French breakfast pastries) and savory selection of classics, plus Clemence’s own French- inspired interpretations.
